We are super excited to launch our newest fundraiser, Positive Pleasures!
While we appreciate a good bake sale, we also know it’s difficult to come up with new ideas for fundraising. Thankfully Saskatoon Sexual Health gave us a great idea: selling sex toys to support wellness AND our organization simultaneously.
It has been awhile in the making, but our Canada Summer Jobs student Elayne Foran has finished setting up our catalogue, order form, and system. We are now ready to take orders. Our first order deadline is actually February 5th so we can receive the products before Valentine’s Day.
Sex toys are not only fun and spicy, they are helpful for bodies that may struggle to orgasm. We believe everyone should have access to these therapeutic tools and hope to add some to our Compassionate Fund. For now, we are selling them for less than retail price. We are making a little money off them, which will go towards programming, keeping the doors open year round, and the compassionate items we give folks.
How to order? You can do it online here. Or you can come into our Centre and flip through the hard copy catalogue. Basically, we’re flexible. You can order by phone, email, or our Google form too.
We’ve also set ourselves up with Square so you can pay with debit or credit. We can also take cash in person.
Our catalogue features a great selection of items for many bodies. If you don’t see something you like, please let us know. Our wholesaler has hundreds of items, of which we have chosen a few. We’d love to hear feedback on what you’d love to see.
