Cybersafe Girl. Education specific to girls on how they can practice safe technological use.

National

Need Help Now. A site with resources for youth involved in an exploitation incident (e.g. sexting). Contains steps on how to regain control of your life.

Kids Help Phone. Small concerns or big ones, a professional counsellor is on the other end 24/7 365 days a year. You can also talk to someone online, although this may be more limited than the telephone service. Free, anonymous, and confidential. For everyone under 20 years old. (1.800.668.6868). They also have an app called Always There.

The Door That’s Not Locked. Many resources on internet safety for all ages. There is also a great resource on keeping youth safe from sexual predators and tips for age-appropriate education.

MediaSmarts. Online site with resources on media and digital literacy, an important part of reducing cyberbullying and harrassment.

Stop Cyberbullying. A site devoted to ending cyberbullying. Includes information appropriate for different ages.
